Hoshinori is an AI-powered anime couple photo generator. You upload a selfie, choose a character template, and our AI produces a stylized image pairing you with that character. Each generation consumes credits from your account balance. Credits can be purchased via top-up at any time.
These Terms govern your access to and use of Hoshinori (“the Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.
2. Account
You sign in via a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Credits, Topups & Refunds
- The Service operates on a credit-balance model. Each AI image generation consumes one or more credits from your balance.
- Credit prices and bundle sizes are shown at checkout and may change.
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the Service.
- Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
- If a generation fails due to a Service-side error, the consumed credit is automatically refunded to your balance.
4. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing
We offer monthly subscription plans that grant a set number of credits each cycle. By subscribing, you authorize us and our third-party payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Billing cycle: Subscriptions renew automatically every month on the same calendar date as the initial charge, at the price displayed at the time of subscription.
- Credits per cycle: The credits associated with your plan are added to your balance each cycle. Unused credits roll over and remain in your balance until used or until your account is closed.
- Price changes: We may change subscription prices. Any change will only take effect on a future billing cycle and we will notify you in advance via email or in-app.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from the topup page or your account menu. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current cycle continues until its end and is not refunded.
- Plan changes:
- Upgrades take effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the unused portion of the current cycle on the new plan, and the corresponding additional credits are added to your balance. Your billing anniversary remains unchanged.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle. You keep your current credits until then, and no additional charge is made today.
- Failed renewals: If a recurring charge fails, we may retry the charge or suspend the subscription. You are responsible for keeping your payment method valid.
- Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Credits already added to your balance remain available even after cancellation.
- Taxes: Prices shown are inclusive of applicable VAT/PPN unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any other taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.
- Currency: All charges are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload photos of anyone without their consent.
- Generate or attempt to generate content that is illegal, sexual involving minors, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to identify, track, or impersonate real individuals without permission.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its providers.
- Use the Service to mislead others (e.g., create deepfakes of public figures intended to deceive).
We may remove content and terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant Hoshinori a limited license to process, store, and transmit those images solely to operate and improve the Service (including sharing them with the third-party AI provider that performs the generation).
Generated images are provided to you for personal use. You are responsible for how you use them, including any redistribution.
7. AI-Generated Output
Outputs are produced by third-party AI models and may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or unintended likenesses. We make no guarantees about the quality, suitability, or originality of any specific output. You agree not to rely on the Service for any decision with legal, medical, or safety consequences.
8. Intellectual Property
Character templates, branding, logos, and the underlying software are owned by Hoshinori or our licensors. Templates depicting fictional characters are inspired by but do not represent or claim association with the original rights-holders. Generated images are produced for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise expressly permitted.
9. Service Availability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hoshinori disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hoshinori’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Hoshinori harmless from claims arising from content you upload or generate, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or as required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive termination.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Indonesia, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
